1Eligibility

To register for WangHubMind services you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using our services you represent and warrant that you meet eligibility requirements and will provide accurate information at registration. Commercial users and business representatives must have authority to bind the organization they represent.

Users must be 18 or older. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor or organization, you confirm you have the necessary consent or authorization to use our services and share information.

You agree to use WangHubMind services lawfully and not to engage in activities that violate local laws or third-party rights. Prohibited uses include fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any action that would harm the integrity of our services.

Availability of specific programs or features may vary by jurisdiction. WangHubMind operates in Malaysia and may restrict access to users in regions where offering the service would conflict with local law or regulatory requirements.

2Accounts and registration

To access certain features, you may create an account with WangHubMind. Account creation requires providing a valid email address and other information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Keep your account information current and accurate. We rely on the contact details you provide to communicate scheduling, billing, and program materials. Failure to maintain accurate information may limit our ability to deliver services effectively.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify WangHubMind immediately and change your password. We will take reasonable steps to secure accounts but cannot accept liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by WangHubMind. Transfers of paid subscriptions or course licenses require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly with details. We will assist in securing the account and reviewing recent activity, and we may suspend access during the contribute to protect you and other users.

WangHubMind may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or present a security risk. We will notify you where feasible, and any active paid services will be handled according to our paid services cancellation policies.

3Services provided

WangHubMind provides a mix of live coaching sessions, group workshops, online courses, downloadable resources, and advisory materials focused on business awareness and entrepreneurship. We may modify, update, or discontinue specific services, features, or pricing at our discretion. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the site and, when applicable, via email. Changes take effect as described in any notice, and you may cancel affected services in accordance with the cancellation terms.

While we strive for continuity, availability of online services can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Certain programs, coaching packages, or resource bundles are paid services. Purchase of paid services is subject to these terms and any additional terms provided at the point of sale.

Prices for paid services are displayed on the site in the relevant currency. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. WangHubMind reserves the right to update pricing for future purchases.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. By providing payment information you authorize the charge for the total amount including applicable taxes and fees.

Subscription services renew automatically at the stated billing interval until cancelled. You may cancel recurring subscriptions from your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation will apply according to the stated billing cycle.

Refund policies vary by product. For one-off purchases or packages, requests for refunds should be submitted within the timeframe specified at purchase. For coaching programs, if you believe a service was not delivered as described, contact support to discuss an appropriate resolution. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel bookings, workshops or subscriptions as specified in the booking terms provided at purchase. Cancellations outside the allowed window may incur fees. For group sessions, rescheduling options may be available depending on availability.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to purchases. Where WangHubMind is required to collect taxes, they will be shown at checkout.

WangHubMind may change pricing for future purchases. If a price change affects an active subscription, we will notify you in advance and provide options to manage your subscription.

Failure to pay for ordered services may result in suspension or termination of access. We may pursue collection for outstanding balances through available legal means.
